How Our Coffees Got Their Names

We grew up in the great open spaces of Eastern Oregon on the family cattle ranch.  As you drove up the winding gravel road, the deep canyon gave way to the open meadows of Rye Valley.  We called this home.  Rising prominently upon the horizon was the peaks of Pedro Mountain.  The three springs that flowed from the cliffs of Black Rock watered the valley below.  From these humble beginnings the love of coffee grew and now the names are reflected in our Espresso Blends (recommended for espresso brewing).

Our Single Origin (S.O.) series derive their names from the childhood memories and special locations of the mountain streams that meandered through our lives. Each holds special significance for our family. These beans are sourced from small coffee farms having distinct flavors that highlight the individual region where they are grown (recommended for drip, French press, or pour-over).

Espresso Blends

Each of our Espresso Blends are hand roasted in small batches to ensure peak flavors and freshness. These blends are specifically crafted for brewing with an espresso machine.
