Our story is really about where we currently are in the relentless pursuit of our own life's mission.

A journey that has many way points, deep valleys and breathtaking vistas, yet it never ceases to be fulfilling and exceedingly joyous. Coffee has always been a constant thread throughout our journey; like a good friend, always present to comfort and relax, as well as allowing space for thought and contemplation. As a result of our family's passion for savoring a good latte, the inevitable happened...yup, home roasting with a modified popcorn maker. Freshly roasted beans, wow, that really opened the door to endless possibilities and ultimately many equipment upgrades. It was only a matter of time before the family's passion gave way to the development of McKinney Coffee Roasters.
